The vibrant ‘Young Doves’ youth club in Toomebridge have completed a series of fundraising activities for Action MS and raised £300 as a result.
This well known local club who regularly meet in Moneyglass Community Centre participated in some carol singing and held a raffle for the benefit of the charity.
Tonight they presented a cheque to Ian Waterhouse, Action MS Fundraising Executive as a result of the clubs fundraising.
Action MS is the leading multiple sclerosis charity in Northern Ireland providing practical support for individuals and families. As yet there is no cure for multiple sclerosis. Action MS provides a range of support services including counselling, medicare breaks, focus groups for young people and help for young people when a parent is diagnosed with MS.
