Toddsleap.com Norn Iron Woman 20k Challenege
Setting a healthy pace right from the start, Enniskillen GP Dr Elizabeth O’Brien led all the way in the final lap to win the first ever Toddsleap.com Norn Iron Woman title. This first-class new event attracted a top international field of runners. Onlookers from the local area cheered with delight as Dr O'Brien, who hails from Dromore, Co. Tyrone, crossed the finish line in 1st place.

of Up and Runners Belfast, took second place.
On the final hill Dr O'Brien picked up her pace to break clear of Runner-up Jolene McCarney.
Speaking after the event Dr Elizabeth O'Brien congratulated all those who had taken part in the event and said she was delighted to win. Dr O'Brien said:
“That was a really gruelling
challenge, the Toddsleap.com Norn Iron Woman is a totally unique event and it was really
well-organised.
Not only did we
have the hills and off road tracks to contend with but the obstacles added a
fresh challenge.
This was a
fantastic race in aid of a great charity and I will be back to defend my title.”
